ARTICLE 3: PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED AND PROCESSED IN THE CONTEXT OF SITE NAVIGATION
Article 3.1: Data collected

The personal data collected in the course of our activity are as follows:

  • WCA user ID;
  • First and last name;
  • Date of birth;
  • Email address;
  • WCA ID;
  • Gender;
  • Country of representation;
  • WCA API connection token;
  • Competitions managed on the WCA site.

The collection and processing of this data is for the following purpose(s):

  • Identification of users;
  • Sending confirmation emails;
  • Registration into the Competitor List;
  • Display of managed competitions;
  • Display of participation competitions;
  • Display of competition history.
Article 3.2: Data collection mode

When you use our site, no data is collected automatically.

Personal data is collected when you perform the following operations on the platform:

  • Signing in to the site;
  • Willingly using a tool in a manner that clearly necessitates to data to be stored (e.g. placing an order).

They are kept by the controller under reasonable security conditions for a maximum of two weeks after the competition you interacted with if finished.

The site may retain certain personal data beyond the periods announced above in order to comply with its legal or regulatory obligations.

No data is passed on or sold to third parties.

Article 3.5: Cookie Policy

The cookies used on the site only allow the identification of the current sessions. No personal data is stored in the site’s cookies.

  • Right to determine the fate of data after death;
  • Right to refer the matter to the competent supervisory authority (Article 77 of the GDPR).

The publisher of the MyComp site reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time in order to ensure that users of the site comply with the applicable law.

Any changes will not affect previous purchases made on the site, which remain subject to the Policy in force at the time of purchase and as accepted by the user upon validation of the purchase.

The user is invited to read this Policy each time he uses our services, without being required to notify him formally
